GENERAL

How do i place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, choose a delivery or pick-up option, complete payment, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What delivery options do you offer?

You can choose between Home Delivery or Pick-Up.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes — a minimum of 1 case per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept E-payments and credit/debit cards.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item? Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

In line with our Quality Guarantee, customers who experience issues may contact us to arrange for a refund or replacement which can be done at the nearest DALI or D@SH store.

What if something is missing from my order?

If an item is missing, please send us a clear photo of your entire received order. Our team will investigate, and once confirmed, you can claim the missing item through delivery or by pick-up at your nearest DALI or D@SH store.

DELIVERY

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to NCR and Rizal Areas.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed by 3:00 PM → Delivered the next day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM → Delivered next next day
At checkout, you may also select your preferred delivery day within 5 days from your order date.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size. The exact fee will be automatically calculated and included in your total bill at checkout

What if I failed to receive my delivery?

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse. The shipping fee is non-refundable, and a new shipping fee will apply to reschedule and send the order for delivery again.

PICK-UP

When can I pick up my order?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM → Pick-up same day until 7:00 PM
Orders placed after 3:00 PM → Pick-up the next day between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
