Product Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

Each of our products is carefully selected and undergoes continuous quality testing.
We uphold high standards of quality and food safety through regular inspections by independent laboratories.
However, if you are not satisfied with a product upon receipt, you may return it - no explanation needed.

To return an item, simply visit your nearest Dali Everyday Grocery Store or any of our Dark Store Warehouses. Our trusted staff will gladly offer a refund or replacement, according to your preference.

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders received on or before 3:00 in the afternoon, Monday to Sunday, including holidays, shall be processed and dispatched the next day

  2. All orders place beyond 3:00 in the afternoon, are processed the next day and to be delivered the following day

  3. Customers have the option to pick up the products at our nearest dark store location, thereby avoiding shipping costs, which are otherwise shouldered by the customer.

Freight Charge

  1. Customers will be charged separately for shipping fee. The shipping fee must be paid directly to our third-party accredited logistics provider.

  2. In the event of an unsuccessful or failed delivery due to customer-related reasons, the customer shall remain liable for the applicable freight charges
